Shipments are secured against damage in accordance with carrier standards. Shipment Tracking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the order is dispatched, the Customer receives a message with the tracking number and the option to monitor its status. Package Receipt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The shipment from the Paczkomat must be collected within the deadline indicated by InPost. Upon receipt, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging. In case of damage to the shipment, please contact the store within 24 hours of receipt, providing photos and a description of the problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Returns and Complaints<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer has the right to return the product within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, provided that the product is undamaged and in its original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Complaints regarding damage caused during transport should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment to the address: info@peptofit.pl. Photos and a description of the problem must be attached to the notification. The cost of return is borne by the Customer, unless it results from an error on the store&#8217;s part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Additional Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products should be stored in accordance with the instructions on the packaging. The store is not liable for delays resulting from the operations of the carrier or events beyond the store&#8217;s control.
