REGULAMIN SKLEPU INTERNETOWEGO
www.peptofit.pl
§1 General provisions
Sklep internetowy www.peptofit.pl prowadzony jest przez S.K. z siedzibą w Warszawie,
Polska.
Regulamin określa zasady składania zamówień, zawierania umów sprzedaży, zwrotów,
reklamacji oraz świadczenia usług elektronicznych.
§2 Zamówienia
Zamówienia można składać 24 godziny na dobę, 7 dni w tygodniu.
Po złożeniu zamówienia Klient otrzymuje potwierdzenie e-mail.
Umowa sprzedaży zostaje zawarta po potwierdzeniu zamówienia przez Sprzedawcę.
§3 Ceny i płatności
Wszystkie ceny są cenami brutto i zawierają VAT.
Available payment methods:

• bank transfer,
• płatności elektroniczne (BLIK, karta, szybkie przelewy).
  §4 Dostawa
  Dostawa realizowana jest przez InPost (Paczkomaty).
  Shipping cost:
• 12 zł dla zamówień poniżej 200 zł,
• darmowa dostawa powyżej 200 zł.
  Czas dostawy: około 1–4 dni robocze.
  No cash on delivery option.
  §5 Zwroty i reklamacje
  Konsument ma prawo zwrócić produkt w ciągu 14 dni bez podania przyczyny zgodnie z
  ustawą o prawach konsumenta, pod warunkiem że produkt jest nieuszkodzony i
  znajduje się w oryginalnym opakowaniu.
  Zwrot można nadać przez Paczkomat InPost:
  WAW522M
  Koszt zwrotu ponosi Klient, chyba że wynika on z błędu po stronie sklepu.
  Uszkodzenia powstałe podczas transportu należy zgłosić w ciągu 24 godzin od
  otrzymania przesyłki na adres:
  info@peptofit.pl
  Do zgłoszenia należy dołączyć zdjęcia oraz opis problemu.

§1 General provisions
The online shop www.peptofit.pl is operated by S.K., based in Warsaw, Poland.
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for orders, sales agreements, returns,
complaints and electronic services.
§2 Orders
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Customer receives an e-mail confirmation after placing an order.
The Sales Agreement is concluded after confirmation by the Seller.
§3 Prices and payments
All prices are gross prices and include VAT.
Available payment methods:

• bank transfer,
• electronic payments (BLIK, card, instant transfers).

§4 Delivery
Delivery is carried out through InPost parcel lockers.
Delivery cost:

• PLN 12 for orders below PLN 200,
• free delivery for orders above PLN 200.

Delivery time: approximately 1–4 business days.
Cash on delivery is not available.

§5 Returns and complaints
The Consumer has the right to return goods within 14 days without giving a reason in
accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, provided that the product is undamaged
and in its original packaging.

Returns can be sent via InPost parcel locker:

The cost of return is borne by the Customer unless it is caused by a store error.
Transport damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to:

Photos and a description of the problem must be attached.
