Orders
- Orders can be placed 24/7 via the website.
- Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
- The sales contract is concluded after the seller confirms the order.

Prices and payments
- All prices are in PLN and include VAT.
- Delivery costs are charged separately (if applicable).
- Payment must be made before the order is processed.

Delivery
- Delivery is carried out by InPost (parcel lockers).
- Delivery time: usually 1-4 business days.
- Shipping cost:
- 12 PLN for orders under 150 PLN
- free delivery over PLN 150
- Orders are shipped after payment has been received.
- We do not offer cash on delivery.
Returns (14 days)
- You have the right to return the product within 14 days without giving a reason.
- You must inform us of your return within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
- The product should be sent to the address in Warsaw.
- We return:
- product price
- standard delivery cost
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the return or proof of shipment.
- The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
Exception: Custom-made products cannot be returned.
Complaints

- Please provide a description of the problem and your order details.
- We respond within 14 days.
- In the event of a justified complaint:
- we repair or replace the product, or
- we refund the money / reduce the price
- The costs of the complaint are covered by the seller (if the complaint is justified).

§1 General provisions
- Internet shop www.peptofit.pl operates in accordance with these Regulations.
- The regulations specify in particular:
- rules for concluding and terminating sales contracts,
- complaints procedure,
- principles of providing services electronically,
- rights and obligations of the parties.
- In matters not regulated, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular:
- Act on the provision of services by electronic means of 18 July 2002,
- Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014,
- Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes of 23 September 2016,
- Civil Code of 23 April 1964.
§2 Definitions

- Client – an entity placing or intending to place an order.
- Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to business activity.
- Entrepreneur – an entity conducting business activity.
- Product – a movable item offered in a store.
- Order – a declaration of will by the customer constituting an offer to conclude a contract.
- Sales agreement – contract concluded between the customer and the seller.
- Price – gross amount due for the product.
§3 Information about products and orders
- The store sells online.
- The products are new, compliant with the contract and legally placed on the market.
- The information on the website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
- Orders can be placed 24/7.
- Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the regulations.
§4 Conclusion of the contract
- The sales contract is concluded after:

- its confirmation by the seller via e-mail.
- Confirmation includes:

- withdrawal form,

§5 Payments

§6 Delivery
- Delivery is carried out by InPost (parcel lockers).
- Shipping costs:
- 12 PLN for orders below 150 PLN,
- free delivery over PLN 150.
- Delivery time:
- preparation: up to 1 business day,
- delivery: 1–3 business days.
- Total delivery time: approx. 1–4 business days.
- No cash on delivery option.
§7 Complaints
- The seller is liable for non-conformity of the goods with the contract in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.

- The deadline for considering complaints is 14 days.
- If the complaint is accepted, the customer has the right to:
- repair or replacement of the product,
- price reduction,
- withdrawal from the contract and refund of money.
- The costs of the complaint are covered by the seller (in the event of a justified complaint).
§8 Withdrawal from the contract
- The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The deadline is counted from the date of receipt of the product.
- The product must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal.
- The refund includes the product price and standard shipping costs.
- Refunds will be made within 14 days.
- The cost of return is borne by the consumer.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order.
§9 Electronic services
- The store provides electronic services enabling the placement of orders.
- The services are free.
- Technical requirements:
