Delivery Policy

1. General information

Internet shop peptofit.pl delivers the highest quality peptides throughout Poland via selected logistics services: InPost Parcel Lockers, TO BE DISCLOSED. All orders are processed exclusively cashless – we do not offer cash on delivery.


2. Delivery options and costs

We offer the following delivery methods:

InPost Parcel Lockers:

Shipping costs are subject to change depending on current carrier rates. The final price is always visible in the shopping cart before placing your order.


3. Delivery time

Orders are processed after payment is processed by the TO BE DISCLOSED payment gateway.

In the case of immediate payments (e.g. BLIK, payment card), the payment is posted on the same business day if the payment is confirmed by 2:00 p.m. Otherwise, the payment is posted on the next business day.

The standard shipment preparation time is 24 hours from the moment the payment is received (on business days).

Total delivery time = preparation time (1 business day) + transportation time (1–3 business days, depending on delivery method).


4. Payment terms

Accepted payment methods: TO BE DISCLOSED

No cash payments: We do not offer cash on delivery or cash pickup. All transactions are cashless and processed in advance, prior to shipment. Cash on delivery is available via INPOST.

Payments are handled through a secure system (TO BE DISCLOSED), ensuring data protection and fast transaction processing.


5. Delivery area

We deliver orders only within the territory of the Republic of Poland.

6. Packaging and transport rules

Peptides are packaged in a way that ensures their safety.
Shipments are protected against damage and marked in accordance with carrier requirements.
Each order is accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or electronic invoice upon request).


7. Tracking your shipment

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor the status of your shipment:

8. Receipt of the shipment

InPost Parcel Lockers: collection within 48 hours from the moment the parcel is placed in the parcel locker (extension possible in the InPost application).

Please check the condition of the packaging upon receipt. If any damage is found, please contact us within 24 hours.


9. Returns and complaints

You have 14 days to return the goods without giving a reason (in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act), provided that the product is undamaged and in its original packaging.

Complaints regarding damage during transport should be reported within 24 hours of receipt to the following address: info@peptofit.pl, attaching photos and a description of the problem.

The cost of return is borne by the customer, unless it is due to a store error.


10. Additional notes

Peptides may require storage under specific conditions – we recommend collecting them promptly and following the instructions on the packaging.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or force majeure (e.g. weather conditions).

If the shipment is not collected and returned to the sender, the cost of return and any re-shipment shall be borne by the buyer.
